This is an application over Crown foreshore and the bed of Okanagan Lake for an existing dock fronting the land owners' private property with no changes proposed at this time. This dock is not in the same location that was approved under the current licence. It does not meet the guidelines and is within a no colour zone. The application is to change the tenure from a Licence of Occupation to a Specific Permission by the new upland property owners which has no fixed term or expiry date.
