This posting is for a Clean Energy Project (waterpower). The application is to amend the boundary (smaller) of their existing general area License of Occupation that covers a broad polygon-shaped area which includes:
- the footprint of all possible improvement (powerhouse, penstock, intakes, etc),
- the space required to locate and install improvements during the construction phase , and
- a staging area


Operations may include the removal of the merchantable timber and other vegetation from this application area.
