This is a proposal for a 2 year Conditional Withdrawal Reserve (Section 17) for Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Industrial Land Use Planning. The purpose of the Conditional Withdrawal is to allow LNG Crown Land Opportunities and Restoration Branch (CLORB) to conduct land use planning for potential future LNG projects. The Section 17 Conditional Withdrawal precludes the disposition of Crown land for any uses that are deemed not compatible with the proposed LNG facility. |
