The proposed Temporary Licence is for a one day special event organized by the Lower Mainland 4X4 Toy Run, to collect toys and other items for donation. This application is for the site where temporary tents and tables will be set up for donation collection and food preparation and sale. While the special event will take place on one day, the one month term is to provide a buffer for schedule changes and to allow for event set-up and clean-up. No permanent structures are proposed. |
