The application is for a specific permission for private moorage for an existing dock structure that has been in place for over 30 years on Pitt Lake, BC. The dock structure consists of a 70 foot elevated wooden pier extending from the upland property to the water connected to a 24 foot metal ramp that extends from the pier to a 24 foot float. There is a 10 foot breakwater in front of the float made of logs and pilings.
