The application is for reconstruction and repair of existing dock structures located on Provincial Crown Foreshore in Canoe Pass, at 2919 River Rd, Delta BC. The repaired dock would be used as a community dock for the Tsawwassen First Nation to support enforcement vessels, traditional fishing and hunting in the area, ceremonial purposes as well as provide access to waters in traditional Tsawwassen Territory.
