This is a new application for a private moorage Specific Permission on Harrison Lake (Agassiz).

This application has been submitted my Michael Scott and Megan Melnyk. They are the upland property owners. The upland property address is 6295 Rockwell Drive, Agassiz, BC V0M 1A3.

As this tenure will be for a Specific Permission, there will be no fixed term.
The tenure size being requested is 0.014 ha +-

There are no existing structures at the site.

Proposed improvements include:
- a three flight staircase
-a gangway landing (1.8m ? 2.1m)
-an aluminum gangway (9.14m x 1.2m)
-a floating dock (11m ?3m)
-four precast concrete anchors

This tenure will not be used for commercial purposes and no income will be generated. The moorage will be used year-round, and increased traffic is expected in the summer months
