?The Ministry of Forest, Lands and Natural Resource Operations? review of the FederalProvincial harmonized Aquaculture Application is focused on the provincial jurisdiction under the BC Land Act for the use and occupation of Crown land for aquaculture purposes (general suitability of the site location).
