This is an application for a cellular communications site and powerline to provide cellular coverage along Highway 1. Access to the site will be by helicopter. Power to the site will be provided by BC Hydro from an existing power pole located on Highway 1. A Forestry Licence to Cut permit will also be required for the removal of approximately 15 cubic metres of timber. |
