Legal Description: UNSURVEYED FORESHORE OR LAND COVERED BY WATER BEING PART OF THE BED OF QUEEN CHARLOTTE CHANNEL, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF DISTRICT LOT 1553, GROUP 1, NEW WESTMINSTER DISTRICT.

 

This is an application for a Specific Permission for Private Moorage.

The applicant, Alexander Serebryakov, is being represented by Ryan Daley and Adam Thomsen of Green Wave Marine Services Inc. The applicant is the upland owner. Access will be from this private upland.

The proposed tenure area is 0.145 ha +-

There are no existing structures at the site.

Proposed improvements include two (56 ? 4) aluminum approach ramps with light penetrating decking (cedar or aluminum grate) Bent 1 and Bent 2 will each consist of two (12) steel piles on a concrete footing. One (14 ? 28), electric-powered boat lift on four steel pipe piles on concrete footings is also proposed. As per the management plan, any newly treated materials will bear the BMP certification stamp.

This proposed moorage system will be used only by the upland ownersapplicant and their guests. This tenure will not be used for commercial purposes and no income will be generated. The moorage will be used year-round, and increased traffic is expected in the summer months.
