Kyan Management Corporation proposes an 11-lot residential subdivision at 6303 River Road, Delta. This development is currently during the investigative phase a 2 year extension is under review with FLNRO to renew their Investigative Use Licence (File No.2411462).
The proposed subdivision requires works to occur within riparian, intertidal, and subtidal habitats of Deas Slough.
As requested by Fisheries and Oceans Canada, habitat creation has been proposed to offset existing and proposed impacts to the riparian, intertidal, and subtidal environments of Deas Slough, associated with works at 6303 River Road, Delta.
This application deals with the proposed offsets that will occur offsite, at nearby Big Hart and Little Hart islands, within Ladner Reach. Proposed habitat features include intertidal channels and marshes.
