Application for a license over an existing Crown owned public road which provides access to a 30 unit strata development. The road only leads to the strata and primarily used by its owners. They would like to reconstruct the road (within the existing footprint) and install culverts and pull outs, re- establish ditch lines and ensure adequate drainage on both sides of the road. |
