Legal Description: All that surveyed and unsurveyed Crown land, Osoyoos Dvision Yale District situated on Provincial Crown land located in the vicinity of Mabel Lake, Sugar Lake, and Upper Arrow Lakes

 

This application is for Licence of Occupation for Heliskiing purposes. This application is for additional areas to add to an existing heli skiing operation. Likely in the future helipads will be necessary but no planned cutting right now. Please see attached Management Plan.
